I’ve just discovered that there’s only one thing worse than listening to yourself on a recording of a research interview, and that’s watching yourself giving a research lecture…

Here is a video of a lecture I gave at the National Centre for Research Methods conference earlier this year.  It’s about what sort of connection there might be between the visual culture that researchers inhabit, and the emergence of visual research methods as such a popular research techique.
